Captain's Loft - South Haven

Does anyone have any information on this rental? I can only find a little bit on the South Haven website and it only has one picture.

I%26#39;m assuming it%26#39;s the second story over the restaurant ';Captain Nemo%26#39;s'; as the contact listed is the owner of Nemo%26#39;s. Nice people. It%26#39;s located just a couple of doors from the end of Phoenix St., downtown, just before it becomes Water St. Obviously it%26#39;s downtown so close to everything, and a short walk along the riverwalk to the south beach. I know nothing about the unit although it%26#39;s possible it has some views off the back side.

never stayed although I%26#39;ve thought about it....as rono says it%26#39;s above capt nemos....if jakes beach house has entertainment i bet its gonna get noisy!! I used to stay in an apt rented above what is now tellos in town and loved it...just pop right out onto the street and a couple of long blocks to the beach and pier...but the noise is a factor in the area of captains loft. Otherwise if i recall it%26#39;s really cheap and probably worth a try!!
