Port Huron or N. Suburbs NFL Sunday Ticket

Looking for a place to watch this sunday%26#39;s Packers/Bears NFL game.

I am in Port Huron this weekend...I don%26#39;t know of anywhere in the general Port Huron area with NFL Sunday ticket.

Rosie O Grady%26#39;s in Shelby Twp or Buffalo Wild Wings in Sterling Heights maybe...any other suggestions?

I don%26#39;t watch football since the Lions stink, but in Port Huron I would suggest calling (in this order) Angry Bull (steak house and sports bar - west side of town), Brass Rail and the H.A.C. both bars in downtown PH.

Thanks TA...tried them all...no NFL Sunday ticket.

Talked to the mgr at dinner at the HAC last night and he said they get charged by the seat and seeing he has a back room with seats but no TVs, he would still have to pay for those--too expensive he said.

Well if anyone is interested, Chili%26#39;s in PH has Sunday ticket...but only four TVs and of course the Lions (as bad as they are) will be on at least one.

I did get to watch Packers/Bears and there were enough people there for that game that they put it on two TVs and used that audio instead of the Lions game audio.

Buffalo Wild Wings is coming to PH soon so that will likely end the game watching dilema...

Hello 24fan,

If you felt like it you could go to the Green Bay Packer web site and put that bar you saw the game at in the - Where to watch the Game list.

When you first asked where to see the game I checked there for you but nothing on their list was close to where you were.

The Lions are home on Sunday and if the last two home games are any indication, it will not sell out and be blacked out. You will know at 1 pm on Thursday.

I don%26#39;t recall all the NFL rules, but FOX might decide to broadcast the Packers/Bears in the Detroit area if they can%26#39;t show the Lions.

Sarnia could be an option for you too, although I am not familiar with bars there. I did end up in Windsor for the last Lions blackout (why I bothered I don%26#39;t know) since the blackout was not being enforced in Canada. At least the bucket of Labatt Blue and giant nachos for $20 CAD were a good value.

I had checked the Packers Bar site before heading to Port Huron. The closest real Packer Bars were a good hour or better away. I have used that site to find ';Packer Bars'; when travelling previously and have been to several that are listed.

For the most part the Packer Bars are for the hardcore Packer Fan (guilty) and only show the Packers...usually jam-packed with cheeseheads and the closest thing to watching the game in GB.

Chili%26#39;s is just a place in PH that has Sunday Ticket...can%26#39;t really elevate them to Packer Bar status but I did appreciate that they showed the game and there were a few of us hardcore there to enjoy it.

Not sure Chili%26#39;s in PH would want to be placed in Packer Bar status either. Those places can get pretty loud and we already had to be ';shushed'; once on Sunday.
