Most will have a special christmas meal and will be open. Several have a Christmas brunch. You will have no problems.

I would call any that you might be interested in to check with them. It has been my experience that most restaurants close on Christmas Day. (Which is very understandable.)
I agree that your best bet might be Chinese.
