My husband and I are taking two 18 year olds and a fifteen year old to a show at Joe Louis Saturday evening. We were thinking of making a day of it. Someone suggested we use the People Mover for transportation and that we eat at Fishbones in Greektown. What else should we do? Thanks!
Day Trip Downtown w/ Teenagers
There is some great things to see downtown such as the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA), the Detroit Science Center, the Motown Museum, walk around the Eastern Market, Hockeytown cafe, Campus Marcius Park, go to the top of the Renaissance Center (Coach Insignia) to view the city, the Garden Bowl (America%26#39;s oldest Bowling center), visit the original Buddy%26#39;s Pizza, walk around Greektown (treats at Astoria Bakery, get a pie a Pizza Papalis).
